What we collect

When you visit philomastery.com or enroll in Philo's Academy, we may collect:

• Information you provide directly, such as your name and email address when signing up for the course or free content.
• Payment information, which is processed by our third-party checkout provider (Whop) — we do not store your card details ourselves.
• Basic usage analytics (pages visited, referral source) collected via privacy-focused analytics tooling.

How we use it

We use the information we collect to deliver course access, respond to enquiries, send occasional updates about the course, and understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

Email signups

If you enter your email address in the signup form on our site (to hear about new material, course updates, live workshops and offers), here is what happens:

• What we collect: only your email address, plus the date and time you signed up.
• Where it is stored: it is submitted to a Google Form and kept in a private Google Sheet that only Philo's Academy can access. Google acts as our service provider for this and processes the data under its own privacy policy.
• What we use it for: to keep you posted on new material, course updates, live workshops and occasional offers from Philo's Academy.
• Legal basis: your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Unsubscribing: reply to any of our emails or write to thinker@philoinvestor.com asking to be removed, and we will delete your email address from our list.
• How long we keep it: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers necessary to operate the site and deliver the course (for example, our checkout provider, our video hosting provider, and Google, which stores our email signup list), and only to the extent needed for them to perform that function.

This site may use essential cookies and lightweight, privacy-focused analytics that do not track you across other websites.
