By purchasing or accessing Philo's Academy ("the Course"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not enroll.

What you're buying

Enrollment gives you access to the course modules, case studies, and associated materials for personal, non-commercial, educational use. Live workshops, where included, are provided on the schedule communicated at the time of purchase and may be subject to change.

Not financial advice

The Course is educational content only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See our Disclaimer for details.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by our third-party checkout provider. Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of purchase if you'd like to request one.

Access & account use

Your enrollment is for your personal use only. Sharing your login, or redistributing course materials, videos, or downloads without permission, is not allowed and may result in your access being revoked without refund.

Intellectual property

All course content — video, text, frameworks, and materials — remains the intellectual property of Philo's Academy / Philoinvestor. You may not copy, resell, or publish it elsewhere.

Changes to the course or these terms

We may update course content, pricing, or these terms from time to time. Continued access to the Course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Philo's Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Course, including any investment decisions made based on course content.
